# Dataframe: `gonzalorrd/nyc-apartment-search:buildings` - Buildings

One row per building lead in the public snapshot. `verified_on` is the date a public
source was checked; `stale` is true after 30 days or when the record is unverified.
Map coordinates are either entered in the app or come from the US Census Geocoder.
A geocoder match is only accepted when its house number and street equal the query,
because the geocoder fuzzy-matches (it turns "55 Hudson Yards" into "55 Hudson St").
Buildings without an exact street address stay off the map; none are guessed.
