# Dataframe: `gonzalorrd/nyc-apartment-search:units` - Units

`monthly_cost` is base rent plus mandatory fees. An unknown fee is missing, never
zero. `eligibility` is `eligible` (meets every hard requirement with fresh
evidence), `needs_verification` (some evidence is missing or stale) or `excluded`
(fails a requirement, listed in `reasons`). Units either occupant marked as a deal
breaker, and leased or unavailable units, are left out at publish time.
